Welcome! I’m Sakshi Somani, a psychologist based in Hyderabad, dedicated to creating safe, non-judgmental spaces for healing, connection, and meaningful conversations.
Since childhood, I’ve been driven by an innate curiosity — always asking “why?” — and a deep desire to care for and understand others. That natural inclination to support those around me has shaped every step of my journey, both personally and professionally.
While navigating my own experiences with childhood trauma, I realized how powerful it is to feel truly heard — without judgment, without bias. Ironically, as someone who always loved to talk, learning how to listen became my greatest transformation. It opened the door to a deeper form of empathy — one that continues to guide my work every day.
As a psychologist, my approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Whether you're going through a personal challenge, supporting someone else, or simply looking for a space to reflect — I’m here to meet you where you are.

A safe, one-on-one space to explore issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions. Sessions are paced with your comfort in mind, and led by your needs — with the goal of healing, growth, and self-awareness.
